Randy Nichols CPL - Founder & President
Recipient of the 2006 HAPL Landman of the Year Award
Mr. Nichols has been in the oil & gas business for the last 25 years. In 1989 he founded Cinco Energy Land Services and over the past 20 years has built Cinco into an innovative company providing the highest quality Land services to a diversified clientele. His background in the Landman industry has aided Cinco's success and ability to better understand project scope from survey to final product. He received a B. A. from the University of Texas and served in the USAF as a pilot. He is a past President of the HAPL, has served on the AAPL Certification Committee and is a frequent speaker at seminars on land related issues. Additionally, he holds memberships with the HAPL, Houston Forum, Energy Landman's Breakfast Group and Houston Energy Finance Group.

Cheyenne Acree- Development Director
Cheyenne has six years of experience in energy, land and title issues. She joined Cinco in 2005 as a GIS Analyst and Project Manager. She has successfully assisted in the development of two new divisions of Cinco Energy Land Services (Cinco Mapping Solutions and Cinco Renewable Energy Services). Currently she is spearheading the direction and management of Cinco Renewable which services the Wind, Solar and Geothermal industries. Her duties also include hiring and training Landmen to become Wind Landmen as well as working with outside consultants and contractors. To date, she has been Cinco’s Project Manager on Wind Farms and Scouting (Fatal Flaw) in Colorado, Kansas, New York, Ohio, Iowa, West Virginia and Texas. Her role is that of Business Development Director and additionally she works as a Project Manager in renewables and rights-of-way associated with transmission lines for these projects and GIS. Cheyenne graduated with a B.S. in Geography and Philosophy from Emporia State University in Kansas.

Cameron Cooper- GIS Department Manager
Cameron Cooper holds a Bachelors and Masters in Physical Science concentrating in GIS from Emporia State University in Kansas. He has been in the GIS mapping field for over the last 12 years and has primarily worked in both Environmental Engineering and Energy related industries. Currently, Cameron is the GIS Director for Cinco Energy Land Services in Houston, Texas and oversees all GIS projects in both the O&G and Renewable Energy sectors.
